CLIENT ACCESS
The TD Ameritrade Institutional Client Platform provides online access to your accounts, real-time data for balances, positions, and history, and a variety of other benefits, including online forms, statements, tax forms, and ACAT, wire transfer, and check requests.
The Morningstar Client Web Portal is a secure web site where you can view an overview of your account balances and investments (updated daily), and retrieve performance reports and other uploaded content.
IMPORTANT: If you forget your password for either of these platforms, you will be locked out after three failed log in attempts. To avoid this, click on the "Forgot Password" link before you get locked out. Otherwise, the account will have to be reset by Morningstar and TD Ameritrade respectively.
